No Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of the service:

• All payments are non-refundable

• Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or reversed

 

This applies even if:

 

• The user chooses not to complete the form

• The user decides not to use the service after payment

 

 

Service Commitment

 

If you have completed payment and submitted the form:

 

• You will receive your reflective scan within 24–48 hours

• Every submission is handled with care and attention

 

 

Exceptional Cases

 

In rare cases of technical failure or non-delivery from our side, users may contact us for resolution. Any decision regarding exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Life Pattern Insights.
